Juan Robles Gutierrez finally
walks out of jail, expressing
gratitude to his country and his family. Robles was driving a bus owned by Pharr-based Global Limo Inc. carrying a load of Hurricane Rita nursing home evacuees when it caught fire and killed 23 passengers. Robles had been held on immigration charges, but also faced negligent homicide charges that
failed to stick.
