Mexican consulate is getting involved in the case of the bus driver arrested in connection with the deaths of 23 Hurricane Rita evacuees after the vehicle caught fire. Meanwhile, he's supposed to
testify before a federal grand jury in Houston this week, the Houston Chronicle says.
